This synergizes with our WW leech passive, which scales based off of our max life. This allows us to put almost everything into VIT, getting us a really thicc boi life pool. For starters, since we use Snake Stance, our damage upgrades come from plus skills/spell damage/pierce, and don't scale with stats. Poison WW benefits from a lot of things the other WW builds wouldn't.
